serveur mail HS ? plus de mails depuis plusieurs jours

plus aucun mails n'arrivent sur les boites mail des domaines suivant, hébergés chez vous:
www.planchabar.com
www.buffet-colmar.com

lors de la connexion a webmail, je constate que les boites de reception sont vides.

plus possible non plus d'acceder à l'interface d'administration des sites.

Merci de me tenir informé de vos actions en cours pour résoudre ce problème.

J ai également envoyé ce matin un email pour rapporter le problème au staff du site
à l'adresse staff@edelweisshosting.com

je n'ai pas de retour de courrier jusqu'a maintenant.

J espère en avoir rapidement, car les mails de des sites concernés sont rpofessionnels et bien souvent urgents.

Normaly, they don't take too long to answer and solve problems.
I hope they will take our problem in consideration pretty fast.

for now i use the gmail smpt to send mail, but i don't know if (and who, and what) my customers wrote.

and i don't know if the mail i don't receive are stored somewhere or definitively lost...

i'll let you know any new i had.

just for info:

I sent "test mails" to the "non working" email adresses and I checked the incoming boxes using the webmail system:
https://www.domain/webmail

All the boxes were empty !

I hope mails won't be lost.

Hello

Problem under control.

We had an email abuse concern and we had to block the mail server. We do apologize for the inconvenience. You can a always use your ISP email service in the mean time while we're investigating the issue.

Many web host are no longer providing a mail service because abusive usage is very difficult to control and can cause disturbance service to the other customers on the same time. That is why we had to take it more seriously this time.

Regarding Directadmin issue, we've found some IP addresses have been blocked by the system. We've removed most of them from the list And you all should be able to log in again by now. Please give it a try and acknowledge us ASAP.

je viens de faire un essai d'envoi de mails a partir de l'interface webmail:
En cliquant sur "envoyer", j'obtiens une page avec le message
" ERROR (2): fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to localhost:25 (/webmail/inc/class.smtp.php:105)"

j'ai par ailleurs envoyé deux mails à l'adresse staff@edelweisshosting.com le 15 juillet 2009 pour évoquer ce problème de messagerie.  Ils sont jusqu'a maintenant restés sans réponse !!!

J'ai également envoyé un message perso à Amine, "Administrator" hier. La encore, pas de réponse

Je comprends qu' Edelweisshosting puisse connaître des problèmes techiques. Il serai toute fois bon de faire preuve de réactivité et de ne pas laissez vos clients sans les tenir informés de l'évolution de la situation.
